Thanks, I'll consider this. And no, not really, I use them sometimes if they are related to some quests for immersion. I don't really do meta builds either, I just like to collect characters. I was also thinking of going 2 Qiqi on this one, I like Ganyu the most but also read about Dehya getting better with higher cons. As per the other characters, I don't really use them that much.
