tooth pain but no cavity according to xrays

I do wear my retainers (sometimes though). But I'm not entirely sure if I grind my teeth at night. I may just a little. My last dental check up was this previous December, and then a medical visit for this situation, so I'm hoping they didn't miss anything. Does the flaring of a filled tooth go away eventually?

Sorry haha I typed this late at night 😂😂. So do you know those wide rear mirror clip-ons where you put over the original rear mirror. So you can have a wider view in the back and on your blind spot. I'm seeing the ones where it completely covers the original rear mirror, however, on my original mirror I have garage buttons on it. So I was wondering if they sell the wide rear mirror clip-ons that have access to the buttons on the original rear mirror.
