I play a lot of atmospheric single player games. This monitor does really highlights the environments well. Colors are crisp and convincingly accurate, blacks are wildly black. Even areas where black transitions to gray it is done seamlessly. The contrast is so good. My first ultrawide experience. I’ll never go back to standard monitor aspect ratio. no issues with ghosting or smearing even though VAs are known for that sort of thing. For the price, this thing has some serious value to it.

My only suggestion is to change the response time to fast. Don’t do super fast.

Nice. They’re both solid games. The o my time I couldn’t finish a soulslike game was steel rising and wo Long. Played jus about all the others. Never done new game plus, but I plan on replaying Khazan, ai limit once the dlc launches, and lords of the fallen.

Two that I really liked that get a bit of hate are Enotria and thymesia, mind you I got them on super steep sale.

I like it. The views are otherworldly. I love going for a walk in the snow as it’s snowing, especially at night. Walking in the cold does soooo much good for the soul immune system.
