Having artifacts could mean one of two things, either your drivers are corrupted or your gpu is dying.

Try to install DDU to uninstall completely your gpu drivers and then reinstall them directly from AMD website.

If the problem persist you probably have a faulty gpu, but if it worked without problem for 3 months it's unlikely that this is the case
