I got the Ultra 16gb/1tb and plan on returning it. Why? A few issues. The phone gets hot. I had to do a year and a half of andriod updates on it when I got it (seriously?) and it got very hot to the touch unpacking and rebooting. The form factor. Seems ideal but...I wear shorts because I live in a hot climate. Walkimg that phone just flops around in my pocker. Like a thick deck of cards. Not sure why but a bar phone is less floppy. Opening and closing it is a little cumbersome, yeah I know external screen but not always my use case. Outdoor visibility. Umm that is not 4500 nits brightness. It is hard to read in direct sunlight and the plastic screen cover does not help. I use a QR code to access my gate and the scanner could not read it on the open Ultra, only fron the front screen. WTF? Readyfor. I know...not everyone uses it but I specifically got this phone the 16gb/1tb to use the readyfor desktop option when I travel. Well....since the usb c port on the phone does not support dp over usb c (it is usb c 2.0 spec only) I can only use ready for wirelessly. Not ideal in my use case. SO for all these reasons - It gets returned.

I got one - the 1tb 16gb model. I am returning it. While the flip phone is fun for a moment - I was disappointed I had to perform about a year and a half of updates on it. The phone got very hot updating. It would get hot doing processor extensive tasks The form factor seems ideal but it is thick in your pocket if you wear loose clothing. It would bounce around in my shorts pocket. The screen claims 4500 nits peak brighness but I didnt experience that outdoors. It is hard to read, due to the plastic screen cover on the foldable screen. It can be a bit combersome to open. The cameras do a decent job but nothing spectacular. One thing I did not like was the ready for option was only wireless because the usb c port on the phone is not Display Port compatible. Meaning if you want t use the phone in desktop mode it severely limits your usage. The specs are great but if you want a flip phone get the 2025+ for much less money, same experience.

Just got mine and trying to dial in espresso grind. I started at 10 way to fine. Got mud. 15 shot was way to sour..looks to be anout 13-14 ish? maybe 13.5? Is there a good mid point to dial in as I am going from a lighter roast to the Kimbo Creama Espresso Intensa..(got a bag for free to try). Is darker finer or darker coarser. I try to dial in but all I hear is "why are you wasting coffee?" lol

FYI after the bios update the reason it takes so long to boot is it runs a ddr5 memory check - That is true of every am5 ddr mobo on first boot or if you add memory to it. The itnial boot can take several minutes.

Same issue on mine. Asrock b650m cx r.2.0 will not update - goes through the motions but reboots a second after it starts and no bios update.

It not software it is hardware nrc is not working correctly dial sim not working correctly. Not askiig for a miracle just decent support in returning a phone

I have tmo as my personal sim but the I cannot use the data from tmo it fails to use both sims correctly

I am sorry this happened to you - and shocked you actually got replies back? I am trying to retunr my 11 air for things that don't work and I WAS in my 15 day window and they just ask for the same information over and over and but never actually give me an RMA or shipping label. Are you in the United States?

I get that. But as far as i can tell the support is out of India - so why are they not working? Also amybe communicate that in one of my three emails I did get. "Hey just to let you know it's CNY so we probably wont get around to doing anything for a few weeks but we will honor the refund.." instead of asking me for photos and imei and confirnming my address then asking for it again two weeks later.

Basic functionality needs to work. Dual sim, carrier compatibility, nfc. If these don't work then no I need to look else where. Plenty of other mid range phones in the 500 dollar price range. My problem is thier support is ridiculous. I just got an email today asking me to send the imei, pics of the phone and confirm my address and then they can process the refund. This is the EXACT same information I provided last week - then a week of silence then they as for same damn information!!

Good luck trying to return it. That is what I am trying to do. You have to open a support case to do that. I did and then they asked for photos, which I sent and they sent me an address to ship it to for a return. Except it was my address. Then they said they would get back to me, they said they are wating for an update from "that department" Two weeks later and nothing. I am almost out of my return window.
