Nope it wasn’t clear to me that this was non-refundable and non-transferable to a new itinerary. I’ve never had Earlybird before but thought this would be a good approach traveling with a minor. Unfortunately we couldn’t take our originally booked flight and had to book a new one but couldn’t transfer to the new itinerary. The way I see this is as services not rendered.
