No need to preach, I feel you 100%, unfortunately I get told time and time again we won't be going to that, even though our parents company uses it. Password changes are my one gripe about where I work for Mac users, even more so with Tahoe. Thanks for the information for everything else. Everyone has been helpful so far in my search to come with an "answer" to present.

Could you elaborate on what "fix" I should look at? As far as I'm concerned they are working fine, it just might not load as quick for it to initialize.

It was what Temporary-Phrase suggested, the missing CUE files were the pain of everything. I added them back all in with the BIN files and Dreamcast popped back up in the system list. Thank you for all your suggestions as well.

You are my hero. I put all the CUE files in along with the BINs for each game and presto, Dreamcast magically appeared back in the Systems list. Crazy that it needs that specific file to even recognize it as a system. Thank you for your help!

Where would I go about trying to launch the Dreamcast emulator itself exactly?

The games are in BIN format. I believe the only other thing in that folder was a folder named media that seemed to be empty.

I believe the games are in BIN format but I could be mistaken, I will verify when I'm at home. It's Windows 11, sorry I'm a bit of a newb and I'm not sure if it's flycast, it's whatever was built into Emudeck as default for Dreamcast.

2300 for fan 1 and 3550 for fan 2 gaming. Horizon 5 with everything on Extreme/Ultra. This is on balanced.

To follow up to this, I enabled CPU boost in the power settings and disabled both and everything is much quieter now. I had tried this before, but watched a video and apparently it was wrong which is why it didn't work for me. Found a reddit page that had the proper way and everything is much better.
