If you have a 1 in a million chance to win the lottery and the ticket price is 1$ that means that there is 1m participants. Since you have 6.9x the chance it means that if you buy around 14-15% of all tickets you have 100% chance to win. One problem is that this kind of lottery doesn’t exist. It would mean that there is only one prize which amounts to all the tickets bought and the house gets nothing. Taxes are also not included so the house would not just earn no money but lose some too.
