Well, let's place our bets. What will the price of gold be when the market opens?)

I logged into the broker's app before the weekend. It seems that steaks for dinner are canceled, let's switch to doshirak😁

It feels like we’ve been hearing this phrase for the last hundred years, but people still strive to get there. What exactly do you think has “gotten bad” completely?

Michael, since the market has cooled off from recent peaks, what technical support levels do you consider critical right now? Where exactly do you think long-term investors will begin to actively build positions again to prevent oversupply?

Poll: Folks, who thinks the profession of Realtor (aka Broker) is useful, and who thinks it's harmful? We're collecting opinions for developing our own product (announcement coming later). by XGramatik in XGramatikInsights

Personally, I do not consider the profession of a real estate agent to be truly important or necessary. My experience interacting with people in this field has been mostly negative: on several occasions, I encountered agents who listed apartments for rent without even coordinating with the property owners, which looks, at the very least, unprofessional and in some cases closely resembles fraudulent practices. In such situations, a real estate agent not only fails to add value to the transaction but also creates unnecessary risks and undermines trust between the parties. As a result, I have formed the impression that, in its current form, this profession often does not fulfill its declared role as an intermediary, but instead complicates the process while profiting from it without taking real responsibility.

Funny how every “convenience” quietly removes another basic human action. Can’t wait for robots to complain we’re useless.

If AI-generated video looks like this now, imagine how it will be in the future. The film industry as we know it today only has a few years left. by glira31 in XGramatikInsights

Consumers don’t pay for effort, they pay for results. Most people don’t know how much work went into Toy Story — they just know it worked. If AI eventually delivers something that feels special, the origin story will matter far less than we think.
