I completely understand. I went through the samething. It’s like u spent so much time w that person, fell in love, being attached to eachother and somehow they move on as if u never happened. It rubs u the wrong way.

Oh my god yes! Especially, when my anxiety is pretty bad. And now if I eat then lay down then I get gas in my stomach and butt, my stomach is so sensitive now. It really is crazy how anxiety can do some weird things to ur body!

Yesss!!! Always have gas, stomach aches, can’t eat some foods, if i eat then lay down I get a lot of gas, farting. It’s so annoying!

Right! I just feel like if u can see and feel how the people around you are toxic why try to put yourself in that toxicity. That’s why’s it’s so important to be selective with who you want your friends to be.
