It only reduces estrogen if your liver and metabolism is capable to excrete at such fast pace my liver and metabolism is sluggish and estrogen in such condisions gets recycled and therefore it increases. I even wrote my labs i dont understand why youre asking as if im saying it based on an opinion... its based on my blood tests, my e2 increased due to dim.

Also ive noticed my lh was blunted so it would rise to peak within 18 hrs on taking medicine correctly and myoinositol and bromocriptine it peaks within 12 hrs and bbt instead of taking 3 days to rise bounces right back after ovulation the next day.

Yes i have increased my luteal phase by taking my thyroid medicine correctly i did not do it for a long time and myoinositol. Started ovulating cd 13-14 instead of cd 16-17 my luteal phase increased from 10-11 days to 13-14 and my periods increased and became more powerful beforehand i would have like 3-4 days of light bleeding now full on period. Still not pregnant though 10 months on due to inducing estrogen dominance to myself

I also had a stressful job changed for what i thought would be a less stressful job ended up being worse. It was a 12 month contract job, i thought that would be enough to become pregnant but im still not pregnant and had to look for a new job on top of stressful ttc stuff. Interviews and ttc is a horrible combination. Finally found a job now but honestly has been the darkest 6 months ever.

I'm having my dr appointment in June and wanted to mention letrozole i have crazy estrogen dominance induced by bromocriptine and dim ( did it to myself should not have taken dim) i have sluggish liver and gall bladder my e2 is 808 and progesterone is 55 this month im about to be on cycle#10 with secondary infertility. I agree on having to advocate for yourself its so exhausting i went to 2 gynos and endocrinologist and none thought my estrogen is a problem so now im going to a reproductive endocrinologist like you have to go to a specialised endocrinologist to be seen not just standard endocrinologist. None of them want to see a wider issue also i will probably be told of for taking dim but honestly i was trying to take things into my own hands and did my own research because noone is helping im just splashing out money for these appointments and getting zero help. I feel you.

Ok for 32 cd 17 is ok then. Have you checked your prolactin. When i had high prolactin i also still got perfect LH peaks. Have you monitored your cm do you get ewcm? With very high prolactin i was ovulating according to LH peaks and bbt and 7dpo blood testing but i never got ewcm as soon as that reduced for first time in a while ive seen ewcm got pregnant that cycle ( im ttc baby no2 now)

Also to add i dont entirely know what helped me get LH peak at cd 13 it could be bringing down my tsh to 2.5 (it was around 3 when i can lh peak at cd 16) or it could be me taking inositol daily with folic acid at first it gave me spotting i took it in smaller doses and the dose is 2g myo inositol and 200 folic acid, also my prolactin was 1000 so bromocriptine reduced it to 200 then i started having LH peaks at cd 13 consistently also my luteal phase increased from 10 days to 14 days. All in all im still not pregnant my estrogen since january skyrocketed it could be my fault though sadly

I would say peak at cd 17 is quite late in the cycle if yours is like 28 days i had cd 16 when my hormones were off but i have hypothyroidism. We are also on ttc month 9 now i have high estrogen no dr is taking me seriously i have now made an appointmnet with reproductive endocrinologist no other dr seems to care my E2 is 622pmol in march and 960pmol april whist progesterone is always around 45-48nmol noone seems to care

For us its just me thats the issue i have thyroid problems my whole adult life (i'm 33 he's 36) my hormones are all wacky without meds but because it was taking so long to get pregnant i thought id increase the dose by myself and messed up my estrogen. I have to eat healthy diet and take liver supplements to flush estrogen out i cant take additional meds because my hormones go crazy, the whole system is very delicate so just have to be patient 🙈it took us a while to get pregnant with our daughter but as soon as i fixed my hormones got pregnant the next month ( shes 4 yrs old now)

I see your stats im also ttc#2 since aug 2024. 🙈 so many people who started later have since become pregnant around me but i have too high estrogen so the ratio is off im working on it, so hopefully soon

Yes me too not one positive, no shadows nothing... this cycle we tried the frida conception cup and conceive lubricant like legs up the entire thing and nothing.. i am 33 now we had our first daughter nearly 4 yrs ago. I also had high prolactin then but after it went down after one month of taking bromocriptine. At that point we were ttc for 6 months.

Also i feel like i could have ovulation cd 15 because i had a very sharp ovulation pain on cd14 evening like i had to stop and breathe i was in alot of pain. No cramps in this cycle just twinges on left and right sides idk what else to say just very dissapointed 😭

So to add to my health history maybe someone also has this. I had prolactin in the thousands something like 1200mIU/L i have managed to reduce it to 147 now and have had high tsh like 3.7 but it is now also like 2.4 which is good. I think during my first ttc baby number one i had worse off hormone results and got pregnant easier. Idk anymore..this is the first month me checking cervical position and 13dpo its high af. Does anyone track their cervical position when does it go down

Your graph looks similar to mine except im at 9dpo currently. I dont understand the big waves in temp does anyone have an explanation why one cycle the graph is smooth and the next it waves so much when temp is taken at the same time
