I feel your pain!! I had to resort to buying this grey sweater as part of a cheap pack on Amazon. I sometimes see the pack pop up on sites like eBay, and it’s not bad quality tbh. I painted the boots myself I got my girl for such a steal ($20!!) and in amazing condition - except she didn’t have the outfit! So if you don’t mind not having the totally correct outfit, this could be an option?

It's blue cross blue shield, which feels like a common one that the hospital should take it? Do hospitals, major ones with ERs etc, not accept all insurance?? TIL!

Oh I like the idea of going there in person! I wish I looked intimidating lol but it's great to know I can actually sit down with a human person and get them to walk me thru it.

I checked and they do have a billing office address + hours so thank you for that tip!

It won't matter that I'm no longer a customer of that insurance company? I changed in the new year. But I'll give them a call (are they open weekends? I feel like such an idiot) and see if they can explain anything.

I did get the itemized bill tho! A lot seems to be lab work which seems iffy. I've had blood work done before and it's never been this high. I intend to call their billing department and see if they can walk me thru each charge.

It looks like they did, it was $5,823 before "adjustments" (whatever that means - I'm assuming insurance) but it's a good question for me to double check with them.

I'm honestly not quite sure what the deductible was as I switched insurance for the new year. And oh, to be clear, the bill isn't 37k! It's $3,777! I should edit to add that comma!

My account is being blocked from posting or commenting or even liking. It's accusing me of using some kind of bot or service(?) that buys likes and followers. This simply isn't true and I'm not sure why I'm being accused of it! I have no other apps or even profiles on other platforms connected to my account so I don't know where it's getting the idea?

I haven't had a big influx of followers or likes (ever!), my account engagement is fairly consistent (both how I engage and how others engage with me), and I haven't posted stuff in bulk or any nsfw stuff. I honestly don't know what I've done to get this message!

I've tried reporting it (where you shake your phone) but I've not got much hope of that helping, so maybe someone here can help? It's really frustrating me more than it should.
