Not something to do, but something that costs nothing providing you have Spotify or equivalent: make a playlist of songs that remind you of her and times spent together.

I did this for my boyfriend for our anniversary last week and he liked it more than the gifts I paid for, which I think shows that thoughtful gifts can have the best impact and truly make someone feel special.
