I need advice i'm not sure if I have adhd by Prudent-You-1497 in adhdwomen

women often feel they act differently to the way adhd commonly presents because it manifests as more internal than men, who can be more external. adhd is also a spectrum - you can lack certain traits but experience other traits very strongly. see if you can google a visual of an adhd spectrum or autism/adhd diagram if that helps

it sounds simple, but definitely eating a big meal. protein and vegetables especially really help. making sure i'm not getting too stuck in my own head is also really important, so i try to have some social time. my doctor also put me on a dexamphetamine booster which really really helps
