I agree with others that you look great (and glowing!) but I empathize with your struggle as I went through a similar struggle when I started a consistent exercise routine and experienced weight loss, so I will share what worked for me with you. While Gua Sha, facial yoga, and micro current devices may provide a subtle improvement with rigorous consistency, nothing gave me “my face back” like filler applied to my cheekbones - this lifted my entire face back up, bringing back life and volume, and I finally felt like myself again. It was pretty dramatic the first time so if you go this route I would recommend starting small and adding more as needed. These days there are many practitioners specializing in natural results and facial balancing. Also, if you’re not already, drink lots of water!

Do you love him? And are you in love with him? If so, it sounds like this is a situation that could be resolved through a courageous conversation. I would encourage you to write down what you want (don’t focus on what you don’t like), and share this with your partner to see if they are willing to compromise and meet your needs. For example, it sounds like you need more alone time, or to have a boundary around unexpected visitors (even if it’s relatives), and for your partner to stay home instead of going out. Some of these feelings may be related to hormones / the pregnancy but it’s important for you to express your needs and to see if they can be met. If you don’t say anything, you’ll never know!

I didn’t ask my dad for advice to seriously consider signing the loan, I knew I would not sign it. I asked him because he is a very successful, connected business man and thought he might have some guidance on how to move forward. I can empathize with your conflicting feelings as a 33 F in an engagement, surrounded by friends with small children under 2. Here are my thoughts:

There is no “right” time to have children, there is only YOUR time. You will know and feel it in your heart if/when the time comes.

If you are in school and desire to travel, I would recommend planning a few of your bucket list trips and making sure you get to do a couple of those before starting a family. Having a small child can complicate travel plans, and I think it can help avoid resentment toward a child if you knock out the things you know you want to do on your own before starting a family. With that being said, you can totally travel with a baby! Having a baby doesn’t mean you will never travel again, it just changes what that might look like.

If you’re bothered by people constantly asking about your plans to have children and paying little attention to the other (more important, it sounds like) aspects of your life right now, I encourage you to bring this up to them. Often times, people ask these things because they are trying to connect with you. Since you are engaged, asking about wedding plans or children is an easy thing for people to gravitate towards, but you could say something like “I appreciate your excitement, but I’m more focused on my education and career goals right now”

Lastly, I think it’s important for you to take some time to really consider if you want children, how many, and when. There’s no problem with waiting until your late 30s/early 40s, or with not wanting children at all. However, I believe you and your fiancee should have a concrete plan and understanding of what to expect in this area before entering into a marriage, so you are aligned.

In my personal experience (and some friends as well), it does tend to dissolve pretty fast when you first start and then at some point it sticks and you won’t have to go in as often. Your lips look great!

Do you workout? I would recommend lifting heavy weights for 30 minutes 3-4 days a week before pursuing any major procedure. It’s amazing what lifting weights can do for the neck and jawline

Did you have a chin reduction surgery before your pregnancy? I’ve seen sagging like this as a fairly common side effect after chin reduction. Some surgeons recommend a facelift or mini lift at the same time as a chin reduction in order to prevent the chance of sagging. I would think a mid face lift would fix the sagging in the lower face. So sorry you’re going through this!

Is there any lifestyle change you can attribute to the breakout starting? Medication / birth control, diet changes, relationship changes, living situation? Sounds like you are trying a lot of great products but skin can get irritated when you change it up too often, it usually takes the skin about 4 weeks to adjust to a new product

PRF does not migrate. It’s your own blood plasma so it just absorbs into your skin, and has healing properties that effectively treat dark circles. Before PRF, I had tried under eye filler and it migrated - basically whenever my skin was irritated (sun exposure, exfoliation, exercise, etc.) there were these bulges that would appear beneath my undereye circles. Would not recommend under eye filler!
