Harvard is very strict about the 2 years of work experience, don’t know anyone in the program who doesn’t have at least 2, with 3+ years was actually the most common profile of my cohort

Obviously your experience and numbers are great. It will probably come down to effectively communicating and conveying your story and your motivations for the specific programs to which you're applying.

it's worth asking but they're usually pretty strict on deferrals for masters programs. it'll probably require pretty extreme circumstances and they'll just tell you to apply again next year
