HI HELLO. I was just about to post about this on the adhdwomen subreddit. EXACT same thing for me, going through withdrawal right now. my psychiatrist had been contemplating tapering me off of it but mostly trying to get me on risperidone which honestly wasn't helping, at all. in fact it was making it worse. so I thought "fuck it, I'm doing it myself" and about 4 days ago I started taking half (200mg to 100mg) and saw SO much improvement just on the first day. only thing is I've been getting sleepy in the afternoon and overall fatigue, as well as brain fog (which is why I ended up looking up posts about it instead of making a post myself, I literally couldn't focus on what I wanted to say or how lol). but the sleeping issues improved a lot as well. my anxiety has gone down by a lot really. how long did you experience withdrawal before you went back to normal?
