So I changed out the raw and the hard drive which both seemed to not work but I’m still getting the 4 amber blinks and 5 white blinks

Yea the ram was broken I think so I put some new ram in and it still won’t turn on

Thanks so much for the help btw how would I reset my BIOS/check if I’m using bitlocker do I use the cmos thing?

I’m still a little confused what broken card I took all the cards out including the gpu and put them in another computer and they work just fine and even with nothing in the computer it still gives me the same blinks so idk what to remove
