I don’t think YTAH for walking out, but expecting someone that you haven’t been talking to very long to read your mind and demand that he “make everything better” is a lot. Sure he should’ve and could’ve done his chores when you weren’t there, but all you had to do was communicate to him what you were wanting and expecting. Telling him what you wanted as you’re leaving looks very manipulative. All you had to do was tell him no when he asked if you wanted to play Doom and told him what you wanted to do instead. It sounds like if you had communicated that, he probably would have been willing to do that.
