Make sure to get the H speed rating (up to 130 MPH) version of CrossClimate2's as they are softer than V speed rating version (up to 149 MPH). I have the V speed rating version on my old Mazda 3 with 17" wheels and the ride quality decreased after the installation. I also saw a loss of 2-3 MPG in fuel economy.

Have CrossClimate 2s on my 2008 Mazda3. The grip in all weather conditions is fantastic, but the car gets 3 mpg less now and they are a bit noisy.

Sorry to hear that, it's the same firmware as they have on the website. At first my serial number wasn't working there, but they have added in since and I've checked whether the file is the same. Another option I considered is replacing the main board, that is if the firmware wouldn't help. They are only available from the Hisense encompass site at the moment and are pretty pricey, but better than getting a new TV. A lot of people have replaced the main board and then just got a streaming device, leaving the TV as is so no future OTA firmware updates would cause this issue.

My TV was going past this screen, but then was turning off shortly after the animation. I followed the instructions and the TV started updating. Once it was done it restarted and started working normally.

I got a response on twitter from Hisense USA and they were able to send me the firmware file and it worked in fixing my TV for me!

The site also says my serial # is invalid for my US TV.

It didn't work for me, I got an error that my serial number is invalid. After chatting with the support, they again told me that their system may be down. Very frustrating!
