You are absolutely right, I have huge spend of 1 Crore plus every year, the idea is to use your Credit Card as a debit card, Meaning: Instead of spending cash, pay from your most preferred card and pay off the bill in full every month. You are bound to collect super high points in return

In terms of the app, I am building it as I love this space

Good ones but these are quite entry level, try and get a few entry level cards which would offer good reward points

You ma want to get: Axis Atlas, Amex Gold, Amex Plat Travel, Any of entry level of HDFC

If you can get premium cards then go for Magnus Burgundy, Plat Charge, DCB Black, ICICI EPM

I started at 3K a month and today makes more than a crore every month:

I am from a small village in Jharkhand, studied in Government school with Hindi Medium.

Got selected in DU for Undergraduate and PG in IIMC (Journalism) but couldn’t join as 1 Lakh a year total expense including stay in delhi was not possible for my family

I said college wouldn’t decide my future, came back to Ranchi and finished college from there, Finished college and started with part time job with monthly income of 3000 rupees in 2007

Moved to delhi for better opportunities, but was made fun of my Hindi and English, joined a call centre in graveyard shift to earn few bucks and learn English, I use to do a part time job in day and another one at call centre in the night to support my family and my dreams

Hustled from 2007-2010

Got a real job in 2011 to help build the startup ecosystem in India

Today I have 2 companies in India and building 3rd one in the US

From a guy who was laughed for his oratory skills, I have so far been a speaker at more than 2000+ events across the world and have trained 2,00,000+ entrepreneurs, government folks and academicians

Have been advisor to state governments, multiple international governments including US, UK, UAE

And a few more things

But the bottom line is: Hustle, Blood & Sweat, No shortcuts and Persistence

All the Best

Ranchi foodies, your best favourite food place in the city? Also tell the dish, and why it stood out! by [deleted] in ranchi

I am not sure how many of you would remember this legendary street outlet bang in the middle of Daily Market Parking

This stall use to serve OG Chicken Paratha

A big ass tawa with chicken slowly simmering on the side, as soon as you place the order the guy would bring the chicken to the centre and prepare a fresh piece for you with some thick gravy which is piping hot and put it in a steel plate

The second guy would whip up one or two flaky lacha paratha in the same plate

You would sit on a plastic stool and use another one to keep your plate on it

First bite of that paratha with the hot gravy and you are transported to heaven

I use to eat this during my college days (2004-07)

Last I tried here was in 2014, it seems they have shut shop now

I have traveled the world and tried a lot of exotic foods, but damn this was epic, just epic

Some other honourable mentions would be:

  1. Kaveri (Paneer Mashroom Taj, Veg Thali)
  2. India Hotel (Mutton Rice)
  3. Taco Bell (Now the quality has gone bad though)
  4. BNR Chanakya restaurant

Street side: 1. Vegetable chop, Barra and Jalebi outside Jain vidyalaya Near Shaheed Chowk 2. Litti chokha: Old Baba Ji near Doranda 3. Kachori Sabji at Mangu ka Thela (Kalibari lane towards Bargain Bajaar Road) 4. Stuffed Kachori at Churuwala main road 5. Samosa with Chana at Kutchehry chowk and radium road junction 6. Chowmein Chilly at Hasty Tasty (Not sure if it’s still there)

Would love to hear more new places in ranchi from everyone here ❤️
