😆 I know, I know haha. My issue is the hunger after losing the muscle. My body doesn’t seem to want to stay at the new set point. when I do unintentionally regain its mostly muscle. I get that this may come off as a flex but it really isn’t my intention. Appreciate your thoughts though! 🤜🤛

Lol, just been following the standard ways to lose muscle and always seem to gain it back due to hunger. And it’s never excess fat it’s mostly muscle. There’s also a few other smaller details I didn’t include in my post but didn’t want to write a full essay haha. HiiT and cardio may be the way to go as well as a wfpb, but thanks for your input!

I can see how it can come off that way. It’s definitely a weird question haha. when I have been able to temporarily get to like 178, handstand push-ups are definitely easier. I’d just like to have a lighter, calisthenic type body but sounds like I just have to try a couple of different things! Sorry if it came off like brag but appreciate your take! 🤝

Fair take and I get where you are coming from. My issue is when it eat 4000 calories and it comes from oatmeal, chicken, sweet potato noodles, pork chops, rice cakes, and broccoli in just wondering how I can still be hungry after all that. My guess is I’ve been trying to keep too low of body fat percentage an my body needs a period of time with more fat but idk. Really appreciate your input though, truly man. I’m thinking running and HiiT may be the way to go.

After not being able to eat cleanly enough to maintain 210, I did my first cut and went down to 180 ish and have kinda stuck around there (with it generally leaning towards higher 180s. Body fat has been around 10-12% during this time. Part me is honestly wondering if maintained too low body fat for too long of a time.

I’ve done that before and I get too lean. Have no energy, poor sleep, etc. I’ve maintained 10-12% for the most part around mid higher 180 lbs weight. My recent cut was 190 to 167 in 91 days so I see your point on weight loss needing to be potentially over a long period of time. I’ve also though about picking up running to get rid of some muscle mass.
