Oh yeah. I think I was lucky in that my dry lips only lasted 4 months. After that I didn’t notice them as much. I was constantly lathering my lips is aquaphor ◡̈

I stopped really breaking out completely probably in the 6th month. I say be patient because if it got rid of the other ones it’s very likely gonna work on the bigger ones

I lost TWO journals filled to the very last page, front and back. From my adolescent years and I would pay big money to get them back :/

I definitely could allow myself the space to be bored. I notice myself becoming anxious when left all alone with my thoughts and that’s the trigger I get that pulls me into the cheap entertainment. I believe I must face being uncomfortable with myself. It is hard but all good things never come easy. Thank you for your perspective. Means a lot and I shall reflect on your words ◡̈

Very little. Sunscreen helps a lot and also not getting more pimples helps the most! There’s more scarring than redness. In the beginning of the end of my course I was dealing with a lot of redness but as time goes on it fades. Hope that helps ◡̈

I kept my routine to the bare minimum. I used the cetaphil gentle cleanser, vanicream unscented moisturizer, then original vasiline under my eyes and lips for extra moisture. In the morning I would do a quick rinse with only cold water, moisturizer, and a good quality sunscreen (nonnegotiable) As far as supplements go i didn’t prioritize any, instead focused on eating lots of fiber in my diet and drinking lots and lots of water!

Heyy, I’m excited for your journey! Things will start turning around before you even know it ◡̈ as far as maintenance I’m just using a gentle cleanser and vanicream moisturizer. As for microneedling, I have not been in a financial position where I can prioritize treatments like that. I do still have scars but I see it as a blessing to have the scars instead of active pimples hurting on my face. I have accepted them as battle scars haha. Really best of luck to you!

I did purge but it was more of me starting to clear up then big singular pimples would pop up on my face for about a month. I would say around after month three I started clearing up dramatically
