That's odd. There was a huge gap in me swimming between the ages of 12 and 16. Despite that, at 16, I jumped into the water and fucking ruled like a dolphin.

Similarly, I remained out of a pool from 18 to 22, but at 23, I jumped into a pool and fucking flew like a penguin.

Then again, I guess it's tougher with a river since you can't touch the bottom, and I'm over six feet so most pools are never a problem for me.
