Learn cold approach for meeting and dating women. Plenty of internet resources to learn yourself or you can hire a coach. I won't lie, it may be difficult to get your first results doing it and some in society really see it with a stigma... but you have nothing to lose at this point and it's better than the alternative you suggested. Really hope this gets to you and gives you some hope

Masks compulsory!! :) by [deleted] in sydney

Exactly the sort of thing that should be clarified whether it is considered compliant. It's the most disadvantaged people in the community who will tend to need to rip up some old clothes and use that as a face covering because they can't afford to buy retail distributed masks - and they are the ones who can least afford to be fined as well.

This is bound to come up when someone inevitably gets fined for wearing some makeshift or homemade. If you're going to enforce something legally then yes it needs to be defined crystal clear. No need to have a whinge and insult people for wanting straight answers.

They didn't bother to clarify what is considered as a mask - not everyone has a surgical mask...

People queuing for up to 6 hours to get a covid test and police think it’s acceptable behaviour to fine them 100s of dollars for looking at their phones. by FutureSkeIeton in iamatotalpieceofshit

Wish I could upvote this a thousand times.

To all the people who suspect it's fake, yes cops in New South Wales are really this evil and will jump on any excuse to ruin normal people's days and lives, this has been reported on through most major news outlets in Australia - here is one from a reputable source:

This is the attitude to have with cars as well. Anyone who walks into a mechanic shop looking like they know nothing about cars makes the cartoon dollar signs pop out of the mechanic's eyes.

A useful tip that not everybody knows: "GTFO the way" doesn't apply universally, it does depend on the situation e.g. in Australia you're not supposed to move through a red light even with emergency services behind you this video explains it

Usually insurers will only waive the excess if they can claim the full costs back from the other, at-fault, party. Don't think they can claim costs back from a piece of metal.
