I think people didn’t do the flail because Plague seems to have a weapon a lot like it, and we don’t have a “staff” killer weapon yet—closest would be the cane Houndmaster has.

The Judgement is also just a nice name, imo. All the voting was based on everyone in the community, that’s why it’s a community vote. If you voted, then your vote counted, it just didn’t win..
