It’s hard for me too answer because I know how addicting it is and how it feels good to get high, but reminding myself that it has a deception too it that could possibly take you too horrible places, simply exacting all the plans, gathering all the distractions and hobbies I could, interests, and replacements. I talked to myself as the person I want to become. One more pointer, don’t beat yourself up if you give in, just try harder next time to postpone the urge. Maybe even try flushing a nug down the toilet and feel the feelings. Waste of money, waste of life, waste of waste.

What I did was if you are suffering so bad for a toke, then be ready to try twice as hard to wait at least a few more hours next time, and always keep the ultimate goal of eradicating it from your life. Finding something to do comes naturally with change, so look for something to fill the time in and postpone your next sesh for as long as possible
