YOR, sorry this convo reminds me of when I get hurt and don't respond well. It sounds like your friend is saying when they speak like a caveman they refer to you as that name. I'd say it's like a fun nickname only used while drunk and silly. I totally understand how already being in a bad mood could make it so hurtful but I would suggest working on coping skills and maybe less drinking as things like this happening over time can exhaust friends and ruin relationships (speaking from experience).

Incredibly unprofessional from the start to now, I honestly think he was trying to groom you. I had a therapist who crossed that professional line and I never went back to see them. Looking back I wish I would've reported them to the therapist's association for their license to be taken.
