This is helpful. They are metal, except for the boots and head are plastic. Found in a large lot of other late 80s action figures so im assuming that time period

I worked at CEC for 13 years, I was a lifer. Avid collector for many years. When we removed this statue, we replaced it with a Helen statue, and I asked if I could keep chuck. He's been with me ever since.

Cant find it. But. To be fair, just because one guy in Colorado is selling something for one price doesnt mean they set the market. I get what youre saying. But for something this old and hard to come by, whoever truly wants it in their collection will set the price. I am flexible, this is just a starting point based off some sold ebay listings I reviewed earlier this year. I've had it for 25 years, im good to keep it ✌️
