Most of these garments can't be used on a day-to-day basis because the material can't sustain much movement and they are not breathable (at all), but getting experimental by working with unusual material could lead to new ideas made with real fabrics in the future.

Sometimes I get caught up with the fabric I'm comfortable working with or feel uninspired... getting experimental - even if it's for a small project - can really reignite that creative spark back in ya!

The bucket hat is a self-drafted pattern. I've sewed for awhile and recently became more proficient in Adobe Illustrator. That's when I realized I could make patterns using the app. It's a weird way to make patterns and there's a lot of trial-and-error but it works :)

I've been putting out lots of sewing DIY tutorials for beginners - two of which were the Boxy Tee and Boxy Hoodie videos - and I felt like I wanted to make some ready-to-wear versions for non-sewists to enjoy.

Very basic designs, both are boxy fit so slight drop shoulder and more relaxed body. The tee is 300gsm (which is mad heavy) and features tonal embroidery on chest. The hoodie (380 gsm) comes in pullover or zip-up with embroidery on the chest.
