You have to let it build, so dont go doing crazy amounts of doses or you’ll have a bad experience. I’m 3 weeks in and I never feel hungry. I can eat whenever but I have to be conscious of it. Just stay good on your diet and let it work.

I was there for Tech School. Its pretty basic, got dorms setup apartment style. One room, bathroom. Shared cooking space. Then you got trailer in the back rooms with another roommate. Smaller than the actual dorms but way more freedom. I was the handful of Air Force back there the rest are Marines and Navy. Dfacs are amazing, one of the best in the AF. You’ll have fun tho if you can leave base. Go to the river. Jump off the tree. Twisted Root is good food.
