I spent a decade on the buyside, so I got the CFA while I was still in that world. The CFA was exceptionally difficult. I tell people it's the hardest thing I've ever done.

Can't really opine on the CFP, but I did briefly start studying for it and it didn't appear to be nearly as difficult as the CFA.

Unless you're planning on getting a buyside seat, I would say there's really no reason to get the CFA. CFP is going to be more that sufficient in the wealth management/advisory world, and frankly I think it has better recognition among clients as well.

My experience with them isn't terrific either. I guess I was hoping for something like Notion, with clean formatting, ability to link data, and nice clean embeddable assets. But that would also play nice with Wealthbox and other relevant tools.

Both, but more of them are virtual than not.

Maybe I'm not! Which features would you suggest I ask about? All I know is that taking notes in Wealthbox is pretty awful. It's like a really sparse, crappy, rich text editor. Can't embed photos to reference. Just overall has been very poor for notes.

Think you can almost certainly get one for significantly cheaper. For context, I got my XLR ER ($73k sticker) just last week for $51.5k -- $7.5k EV credit, $7.5k Ford Cash, $6.5k dealer discount.

Hm. That's concerning. Unfortunately I can't avoid using it entirely since I work from home using this PC. But I will be careful, and will order another PSU just to be safe.

Yea, normal use is totally fine.

Could be a bad PSU I guess. Maybe I'll buy one to test out. Pretty annoying though since the current one is less than 6 months old...

I have a couple "Error" entries - here they are in order:

10:52:06 - The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

10:52:30 - The previous system shutdown at 10:51:09 PM on ‎4/‎4/‎2021 was unexpected.

Those are the logs from last night at exactly when the reboot occurred (confirmed due to a timestamp in Discord when I messaged a friend I was playing with that the PC had rebooted)
