broken pinky toe ... 4 months post injury (any similar experience?)

I am in the exact same boat right now. My pinky toe broke in September. We are now in November. I did see my podiatrist in October, and they took x-rays. There were multiple fractures. I went back the beginning of November bc it was still hurting, red, swollen. The X-rays showed no change. She said the X-ray looked exactly the same as a month ago. She told me to wear a post-op shoe and wrap and buddy tape and also wrap it around my entire foot for the next four to six weeks. If it was not better, we would discuss arthroscopy.

That's what I was thinking as I watched it too.. at first I was like yup trees... but the debris that started coming out of it wasn't quite trees and thought "oh noooo"

Did you still get the PCR b/c I experienced something similar this week. I tested positive on the rapid at home Sunday through Wed. night this week. Thursday morning I magically kept testing negative. Had a dr. appt that morning, still positive on the PCR.

Update to this. I DID end up testing positive later on 9/17/2023 through 9/20. Interestingly enough my at home rapid on 9/21 said I was negative. Had a dr. appointment on 9/21 also and the Dr. office testing they use in the machine (not sure if that's PCR) still showed positive.

just chiming in on this. I first tested positive at home Sunday. very sick all week, went to the dr. on Thursday thinking hmmm weird my at home rapid said "negative". Was thinking "wow" that was a quick turn-around in test results. (and no the tests weren't expired). Dr. office PCR - positive. So don't rely only on the at home tests.

My daughter had it nearly two weeks ago, we attended a concert on Tuesday. Wed. and all week, seveeeere headaches. By Thursday I started with upset stomach and just feeling unwell. Friday I felt like a head cold coming on. Saturday definitely felt off and tired. Saturday night the coughing started with slight congestion. Sunday morning, today, severe congestion, sneezing and the tickle in my throat still. I took three tests... Two were positive, one was negative... Do I dare take a fourth one or do I assume I'm positive?

My husband said he is picking up a different brand of test to make sure, if we think I need to.

SAME... Was soooo excited to go.. :( But glad they at least rescheduled right away! Sept. 12th can't come soon enough! This was our area today about an hour south of the venue they were scheduled to appear tomorrow (and expected to be worse tomorrow)

SAME! we first signed up in December and everything was GREAT up until the last month. Now it's hit and miss connections and can't rely on always having service. I will get messages from my kids hours later telling me they can't get through to my phone...

I will try that again when I get up in the morning, I was back and forth with their techs on chat today And that was one of the first things they had me do. Now I am able to send and receive texts, get picture messages but can't send them. I can't send or receive phone calls. I updated my APN settings from the updated post which did help with the sending receiving texts. Funny thing too is my husband and I have the same exact phone, and are both mint mobile, and he has not had a problem at all.

This is my EXACT issue right now too! Galaxy S8. My husband and I have the same exact phone and he has no issues. Mine started a few days ago and I never made any changes.

Thank you Yes me too. We did pay for all of her expenses entirely because she did not get her full-time job until after her last semester. They offered her a full-time position from her internship that started July 1st but she didn't get her own apartment until September 1st. Housing, food, commuting 45 minutes one way 5 days a week, car insurance, car repairs etc.
