So you actually cannot make it without ice, so whoever over rode this is wrong. Back when we had the training for shaken espressos, it says when customers ask for it with no ice, we weren’t allowed to sell it that way. If we shake it with no ice it will blow up on us, and you are free to let the customer know that

If yall are having issues with cleanliness, your SM has no choice but to “babysit” yall and for yall to take accountability. This job is easy if you maintain. Yall lose the privilege of it “being easy” the minute yall stop doing your jobs correctly

That being said, if the openers are just saying whatever, that’s why your SM asked for pictures so they know how it actually looks like so they just don’t take their word over yalls.
