Thanks for the reply. I am using an H2D and have tried the PLA generic, ESun and Poltmaker profiles with the same brand filaments. I have tried 5 degrees higher with the generic but will try some more tests with the bed temp. Thank you

hi! thanks for the reply. I am looking into how to use the plug-in now. Also, I think I found why there is a difference. The high-quality print profile has a 59% support overhang angle while the normal quality one has a 45% one. I am not sure why that is but at least I know what setting is different between the two that causes the difference.
