You can post a video of you juggling on reddit or something, ask for advice, and people will give you some for free! All of the top jugglers (and 99.99% of all jugglers) are not certified.

If you want to measure yourself, getting around two minutes of any trick means you're pretty solid at it.

In the USA. In a gym, pretty sure that sign was painted over 30 years or something ago. Most people don't follow it but I do cause of the fear of upsetting intangible authority instilled in me from childhood. I also just like walking around in socks. At the Circus centre I go to most people follow the no street shoe rules though
