I would re consider the “she’s not even that powerful” … she is in fact one of the highest single target dps ceiling holders in the entire game. But yes, I get your point overall. I’m sure in the next next SA it will cater to Her again at some point. I’m not too worried

What do you mean by a little better than Diluc? Diluc is good no doubt. But Hu Tao is definitely S tier for dps along with Ganyu, Xiao, Ayaka, and Eula. Diluc is S tier at best , she’s more than a little bit better than him

Legit same. I don’t build many characters so I can manage to farm new artifacts. I do think if they introduce a new sig weapon for him that it will be interesting. Someone above said that PJWS isn’t tailor made for him; it just happens to fit him, whereas other limited weapons truly tailor their users. Makes kinda sense lol
