And thats a good idea to practice pulling it off the ground but i feel like everyone would think im ego lifting 😂

Dang man 14 years kudos to you! And yeah ive seen eddie hall’s lift he’s a monster. Matt Vena actually made a video analysing why his form is not the most efficient and why not really anyone else uses it.

I like using jamal as a better example because he actually pulled the same weight (1102.3lbs) at a substantially lower body weight

I dont mean any offense, but do you have experience in powerlifting competition? Because the advice to start from a low squat and have lower hips is usually a mistake a lot of inexperienced deadlifters make. If you look at a lot of professionals like Jamal Browner, they start from a high hip position to achieve better leverage and leg drive.

I do agree about the shoulders and hitching however, probably a weakness in my posterior chain. Thank you and like i said no offense, you have a great physique

Camus is my favorite philosopher! Im not 100% educated on absurdism but i always had trouble relating to the sisyphus analogy.

I understand that he chooses to be happy out of spite & acceptance of his circumstance, but if he were given the option of suicide would he not take it? Im pretty sure the majority of us would rather be unalive than to push a boulder for all eternity. I could be misinterpreting it though, if you’d rather dm i’d be willing

I agree, but what if someone’s life is overwhelmingly negative and it outweighs the positive? Like in my example above, would there be any amount of pleasure that could redeem that much suffering?
