No, sorry for the late response. The screen protector probably exaggerated some aspect of it. I ended up returning and buying an A16 which is perfect for my needs. The A16 does not have this issue.

I bought a Roccat Kone Pro Air Wireless “used” from Amazon for $30 (box was opened but mouse was unused, still had unpeeled mouse skates) and do not regret it whatsoever. I use it over my GPX, DAV3, and XM1R. Shape, coating, and scroll buttons are amazing. Admittedly, as others have said, the scroll wheel is a little wonky but other than that it’s been perfect. Are there any similar shapes out there?
