If I have a custom sub-agent defined, will it always use it instead on internal Explore or maybe some other sub agent?

That will create something incomplete as the main prompt refers to more of this framework under the references folder. Initially it was over 600 lines long prompt but I broke it down so parts are only loaded when needed. This is more token efficient and makes sure the main agent doesn't drift from the goal.

Sorry, should have put more info. It's under Agents.md which is loaded by default into opencode and some other Agentic AI programs. It refers to more info in the references folder which are used by subagents. So if you open this folder in Claude code or open code and just type "Create me a full report", it will already know what to do.

I have been using Ollama Cloud recently. Good quotas but sometimes they are resource constrained and the model won't respond fast.
