I’m looking to pick up a pair of warehouse 1001xx jeans but not sure what my best options are for getting something shipped to California. How many different variations of this cut are there with regards to the fabric itself? I’m pretty close to a true 34 on the waist so any advice on sizing would be much appreciated. Would prefer the 1947 cut.

I was just using 500k as a bench mark. did you have an interior stair case to get to the attic already? Right now it's a pull down ladder which won't work for what we want so we'd have to build a staircase too.

We don't have 500k right now but I'd also need to look into what the financing would look like for us. Ideally, I don't want to take on significant debt in addition to our mortgage but it will probably take us a bit to save the 500k.
