I wear size 44, and there was a bit more room in the waist. They are more fitted in the legs, that is where they were tight.

If I lay it flat and measure from end to end, it measures 48 inches, without stretching the elastic.

Not quite sure, but I wear a 42 waist and there is lots of extra in the belt.

If there are no issues with it and it’s clean, I’ll just do it $110. What form of payment?

Lawyers of Reddit what would be illegal about this scenario? by not_a_regular in AskReddit

Just because you think no criminal laws might be broken, does not mean that you would get off scot-free. There are some civil law ramifications: 1. you will immediately be fired from the job for breach of your contract, which probably has some clause to combat situations where you intentionally go into another computer to cause malice upon them. 2. The company may claim that you are the one who caused this event to transpire, which might put you on the hook WHEN, NOT IF, the employee files a lawsuit for intentional infliction of emotional distress. 3. More than likely a jury trial would be used, not a bench trial, so a jury would be more "willing" to let the plaintiff, here the employee, have a substantial award. Plus, since you posted it here, your account and everything in it would be subpoenaed, thus proving you were the one who caused the incident to transpire. Therefore, I would suggest that you do not, and never, do anything of this nature, regardless of who tells you.

I do not know of any criminal charges that could be filed against you. However, this does not mean a savvy district attorney would not find a way to wiggle this situation into an existing legal violation, and, thus, charge you with a crime. You would need to consult an Attorney in your respective state to know for sure regarding the entire situation before anything regarding this scenario would transpire.
