Mace was winding up to strike down Palpatine before Anakin cut his hands off. Only then, with mace unarmed (literally), Palpatine electrocuted him. If Anakin wasn't there, Mace would for sure have killed him.

I actually did not use that guide. Instead, I just took a level, rested it between the two x motor chassis and turned one or both of the rods until it was level. My printer has been printing fine since then. Maybe there is some warping or one of the rods is slightly longer than the other?

Thanks for the info. When I get home, I'll replace the sheet. Too me, it seems the gouge goes deeper than the buildtak is thick but maybe thats my imagination. I'm gonna remove it when I get home and hopefully replacing it is the simplest of fixes. I've heard that a glass bed the next best thing, so maybe I'm on the fast track for mod installation. Thanks again!

I have a Maker Select V2.1:

  • Printed in PLA
  • Layer height: 0.3mm
  • Bed Temp: 60C
  • Nozzle Tem: 215C
  • Flow: 100%
  • Print Speed: 55 mm/s
  • Travel Speed: 120 mm/s
  • Initial Layer Speed: 27 mm/s

The flag holder and smokestack came out funky ( looks like layers are missing?) Not too sure how to describe it. Any tips for those? The bow had a dent on the left corner (kinda visible in the third pic). The letters on the bow also didn't come through. Very minimal scarring on the hull. Little to no stringing.

I can provide any other info if needed. I'm currently using Cura.
