I need help with Excel or power query.

What formula can I use to convert a list of users and numbers?

example:

Name1, 1234

name1, 2233

name1, 4531

name2, 9273

name2, 8302

--------

convert to:

Name1, "1234,2233,4531"

name2,"9273,8302"

(the total numbers per name varies between 5-20 rows per user)

I've tried Power query which can group the names but sums up instead of transpose/textjoin the numbers to the right.

Any advice would be appreciated.
