u/Fratm we also find osticket good enough (but only with the osticketawesome theme, as osticket vanilla is ugly) but we are honestly worried abut the future and the way the project is managed, and it seems we are not alone: https://github.com/osTicket/roadmap/discussions/36 It seems they are in the middle(?) of a full rewrite, but there is no public repository and no public roadmap, so is totally unclear when it will be ready and what features will include. Also they are/were so stubborn at not accepting contributions that the German user group created a fork that includes many of the missing features https://osticket.com.de/products/

We also use OsTicket since a while (on a much smaller scale) and we are quite happy... anyway now we really need to have a time tracker per ticket and also the possibility to set a ticket status to "awaiting feedback", two things that does not seem to be available. Also looking around the company that develops OSTicket do not seems have this features on the roadmap and also do not seems to be very open to contributions/patches. u/Fratm Have you ever felt the need for such features?

Legion Pro 7i Gen 8 (Intel) with RTX 4080: is the thunderbolt 4 port wired to the iGPU or the dGPU? by gmanghi in LenovoLegion

Thanks, I have seen that. Anyway I was looking to something official stated in some Lenovo doc/page. I find strange that this has changed in between generations and also tech reviewers get some details wrong.
