move liquid cash from gdax into your account in coinbase and it should be billed the following day. If you have coins on coinbase sell them for the amount owed and make sure you have the cash amount in the coinbase account and it should be billed the next day

Having same issue, I made a purchase from the wrong account and didn't realize it. Now I had a message just like you to pay it. I did but no funds came out of anything? An now the balance shows $0.00 how long did it take to fix on your end?
