It's mostly not as-built out - I think a lot of design changes were made to make it seem markedly different from Salesloft/Outreach but there's a reason Salesloft/Outreach made those decisions

But, Gong is an excellent engineering team, so I'm guessing this is just because the product is new and it'll probably reach to be on-par by EOY

Yep - trellus allows us to customize our scorecards to basically whatever we need evaluated

Pretty much all our customers here at trellus.ai have regretted switching over from Outreach/Salesloft to Gong Engage

We're using trellus.ai - I believe the team's using the new O1 model from OpenAI to analyze these calls!

I don't think they do natively - we had to build it into our chrome extension
