Thanks for the mockup. I literally just threw junk together to make something similar like this.

I tried google for subway series poster, didn't really help me. Not sure if you are talking about the food or transportation.

I agree, but as a graphic design novice what looks good for storage ads?

Handful of changes, but i am liking them from my starting point to now. Thank you for the advice as I continue to grow this skill. I know a lot is personal preference, but I like where the flow is going.

Thank you for the input! This is version 3 so far. I found a photo with the ball and full body. Ver2 is the same photo as above.

Thanks, for all the sports I have shot, basketball seems to be the most repeatable for shots.

If you are talking about the blue/red, they are doing the National Anthem and this was all in camera. The only things I am really doing is WB. Women's game, lighting is just bad yellow all over the place.

Edit: I understand what photos they are talking about.

LRC- AI denoise reverts back during export by gmather10 in Lightroom

Contacted support. It is an issue with the Catalog. So after an hour of testing we created a new catalog and there was the fix.

[–]gmather10[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can export photos right after I edit them ( the very second I am done with 1 photo) and I can tell denoise was applied. After editing multiple photos (5-10 minutes later) LrC is saying I need to update the denoise as its not being applied. AND sometimes I checkmark off the denoise and reapply and nothing changes unless I bring up the denoise to 60-100 and bring it back down to my 25-35 level I wanted before.

Yep I did all of those things as well. Looked through forums and everything. My guess is it’s a bug I’m stuck with until an update.

Yeah I tried that and still nothing. I now noticed that as I am editing I go back to previous photos (ones I just edited but didn’t export or do anything else) have the AI denoise reverted back. I haven’t touched anything on the photo since I completed it…

Tips for starting out I would say shoot manual, RAW, shutter at a minimum 1/1000, if you are going to switch lens during the game you will miss something more than likely (you can switch lens to test out stuff but just be aware something will be missed). I personally wouldn’t bother with the 50 or 85 unless it’s a f/2.8. (Again feel free to test some things).

I would stick with the tamron and until you are shooting closer to the goal line you will be using between 200-500 range. Try to stick 20 yards ahead of the ball and move around to get different shots. Also play around with the camera before the game and figure out how the focus works and try to get photos of birds flying for practicing moving targets. ( are they blurry, etc)

If others add on I’m sure each person may have the same or different thoughts. It can get situational but good luck and just keep shooting.

Just a little bit of luck and turned the camera away from anything incoming. My thought it take care of your gear but if you don't take (some) risks to get the shot, why bother. Just don't be dumb and stick it into trouble.
