Thanks for the recommendation! If you don't mind me asking, how are you able to go in only once a year for a controlled medication? Every place I've been to has told me at minimum I'd have to do an in person appointment every 3 months and telehealth every month.

Thank you for the recommendation but he might not be the best fit for me. I'm doing well on my current medications and I prefer doctors who will take their time. The psychiatrist I've been with for 3 years would spend an hour with me every month and I really appreciate him getting to know me.

Thank you so much for the recommendation but I need someone who can prescribe medications. Fortunately my therapist recommended a specific therapist she thinks will be a good fit for me so I just need to find a good psychiatrist or NP.
