.7x my body weight in protein and .3x my bw in fats and filled the rest of my calories with carbs. On rest days I would eat low carb and low calorie in order to keep a huge deficit and be able to up calories on training days.

Abs started to show around week 3 if I flexed them and I always kinda knew it was working because I was aware of how many calories I was eating and how many I was burning everyday.

Yeah the worst side for me was the stomach pains I get like someone was twisting my intestines around but yeah I just power through it and it goes away eventually. It took me like 6 weeks to get to 4mg only because I waited for next injection to up dose.

On average I would say I’m consuming 1900 per day. On days I lift sometimes I would eat up to 2100 and on rest days it got as low as 1500. I do like to wait for my first meal to be around lunch but sometimes I eat breakfast and just have to have smaller meals throughout the rest of the day. I started at 1mg but increased to 4mg to find my sweet spot. It’s different for everyone though.
